All-Star Leadership Training Program (LTP)
The LTP at All-Star Sports Camp is offered to a limited number of teenagers who have completed Grade 8 (Jr. LTP) or Grade 9 (Sr. LTP) and have a keen interest in working with children. Topics covered in our training program include child development, leadership skills, communication, problem solving and sport skill development.
The LTP at All-Star Sports Camp provides participants with an opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience by assisting with the instruction of young players. Players in the LTP work closely with our Head Coaches to ensure that the leadership training experience is a progressive and positive learning process. A positive evaluation of Sr. LTPs will enhance employment opportunities for the next camp season.
