D-Phi Summer Sorority

Discovering inner confidence, true friendships, creativity, fun experiences and healthy living.

The D-Phi Summer Sorority program is run by D-Phi Sorority Inc. D-Phi Summer Sorority’s unparalleled programs foster growth through a philosophy of mind-body connection. Each sister is encouraged to confidently embrace challenge and to comfortably excel at being herself. D-Phi imparts these ideals through our fun and creative girl2girl inspired programs combined with the excitement and energy of fitness activities supported by real life role models.

Our focus is on ENJOYMENT of each activity in order to promote a lifetime of wellness and confidence in each camper.

To accomplish this, the sorority program will focus on five elements:
1. Fitness: yoga, hip hop dance, kickboxing, karate, boot camp and more!
2. Nutrition Education
3. Girl2Girl Chats: body image, self-respect, personal health, peer pressure, mean girls, self awareness etc.
4. Sports: basketball, soccer, frisbee, fitness walking, boxing
5. D-Zine: scrapbooking, jewelry making, beauty products, home décor projects, fashion fun

This program is for Girls Completing Grades 3 - 7 and is offered in the following weeks.

Weeks 5 & 6 – August 3 – August 13 (Session 3 - 9 Days)
Weeks 7 & 8 – August 16 – August 27 (Session 4 - 10 days )
Week 9 – August 30 – September 3 (Session 5 - 5 Days)
