This program is a half day riding option for children completing grade 1 or higher. In this half day program, campers will be assigned to a cabin group at Green Acres and spend half their day in traditional camp activities and the other half of the day with the horses. In the Saddle Champs program, campers spend approximately one hour in an English riding lesson and approximately one hour learning about stable management (i.e. horse care, feeding, preparing horses for shows). Enrollment in Saddle Champs is on a two week basis. At the end of the two week program a Gymkhana is organized for the campers, to show of all they have learned to their parents.

Cranium Camp by The Kinder Connection

This half-day program is offered in Weeks 7, 8 & 9 for campers completing Nursery, JK, SK and Grade 1. Cranium Camp is a great way to motivate your child and get him/her prepared for the school year ahead. The program focuses on Science, Phonics, Writing, Literacy, Art and Drama, through “hands on” activities and amazing experiments. The other half of the day, campers participate in the Traditional Camp program.
